I left Japan for New York City in 1994 to expand my horizons personally and professionally. My time in New York taught me how to work with people from different backgrounds in a challenging, competitive environment. Now I am back in Tokyo to further refine my credentials as a cosmo-woman! My responsibility as International Project Manager at A-Factory is to connect our division, IPM, with clients around the world. In short, our job is to get your job done.

Mariko Mori
International Project Coordinator
My carrier at A Factory Inc. started in 2005. My job is to coordinate and manage the projects for our foreign clients with our designers and staff in production team to open their stores in Japan. What I mainly do is to manage all necessary information from both clients and our staff sides such as planning regulations and production conditions, and then to make the projects work between countries.
As a member of IPM (International Project Management), it is also an important role to gather various kinds of information such as real estate and marketing trends in Japan to provide value added service for our foreign clients.
